Timothy Ferreira is director of quality and compliance at the Autism Society of North Carolina (ASNC). Ferreira currently serves as a member of the leadership team at ASNC. He has worked there for more than 17 years in a variety of roles, including community and day program direct care work and advocacy, community services supervision and training, and positions strengthening and expanding ASNC's quality management and compliance programs.

Ferreira holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from North Carolina State University and a certificate in nonprofit management from Duke University. He completed the Advancing Strong Leadership in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities program through the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities at the University of Delaware. He also serves as a member of the board of directors for First in Families of North Carolina.
