NC HIEA & AHEC Resources

The N.C. Health Information Exchange Authority and the N.C. Area Health Education Centers partnership offers training, news, tips and other resources and information.

The partnership serves health care providers participating in the state-designated health information exchange, NC HealthConnex. NC AHEC provides and supports educational activities and services with a focus on primary care in rural and under-resourced communities to recruit, train and retain the workforce needed to create a healthy North Carolina.

Google Chrome 
To enable Adobe Flash Player in Google Chrome, simply type "chrome://settings/content" into the address bar and press Enter. You will see a list of content settings - find "Flash" and click it. If you want Flash to be enabled, ensure that the toggle is switched to the "On" position and it displays "Ask first (recommended)" and not "Block sites from running Flash". 

Microsoft Edge 

To enable Adobe Flash Player in Microsoft Edge, open it and click the three dots in the top-right corner and select "Settings". Click "Advanced" from the list of the left and then under "Site settings" ensure that the Use Adobe Flash Player is switched to the "On" position. 

Mozilla Firefox 
To enable Adobe Flash Player in Mozilla Firefox, click the three stripes in the top-right corner and select the "Add-ons" option from the contextual menu. Now select the "Plugins" section on the left pane and then select the "Ask to Activate" or "Always Activate" option. 

Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences. Click the Websites tab and scroll down to the Plug-ins section. Locate the Adobe Flash Player entry and then click the check box to enable Flash Player.
