NC HIEA Webinars

The N.C. Health Information Exchange Authority offers two different series of webinars to help you learn more about the state-designated health information exchange, NC HealthConnex, its use, value-added services and updates from the NC HIEA.

Teletown Halls offer a pre-determined agenda of specific topics featuring subject matter experts to help guide you in important topics in health information management, cybersecurity, use of NC HealthConnex and more. Time is left at the end for additional questions from providers.

Office Hours webinars give providers a chance to guide the discussion with pre-submitted questions they would like to discuss. Staff and subject matter experts from the NC HIEA and our technical partner SAS are on these calls to answer these questions. Time is left at the end for additional questions from providers.
